This one is signed by Belle Stockard and says “1913”. I’m not sure if that is the title<br>Of the watercolor painting artwork or the year it was made. The paper is quite delicate &amp; there is a small missing corner piece. There are creases and stains on the paper &amp; looks to be vintage and maybe even antique. I’m not sure on the exact age. Regardless of the flaws or vintage charm as I say, it’s a beautiful portrait &amp; so well done. It would be beautiful on anyone’s wall that appreciates the talent it takes.
