Vintage tribal cuff bracelet, possibly from Tibet or Nepal. Appears to be silver with two amethyst gems. Very decorative and well made. Unmarked. 6 1/4" long. Not meant to go all the way around a wrist when worn. Sold AS-IS, untested.
