Decanter has a sticker indicating a hand-cut design from Western Germany by ICC. The top features a star design. Dimensions: 18'' Tall (14'' Decanter, 5'' Widest), 2'' Mouth, 1'' Mouth Hole, 3'' Base. Stopper is 5'' Tall.Good used vintage condition.
