Vintage Empoli amber die decanter and 6 tumbler set with deep imprint dice design.Very difficult to find the tumblers that go with this decanter. Deep amber coloring. No chips, cracks, and very clean inside. Tumblers are uneven along the rim--not nicks or chips-- just manufacturing flaws.Based upon a vase design by Erkkitapio Siiroinen called "Noppa". Italian decanter is actually much more collectible than the vase. Total Height is 8 1/4". Tumblers are 2 1/2" tall.Glass factories that produced these bottles include Vetreria Artistica Sanminiatello (V.A.S.), & Veteria Pesa. Marked "Made in Italy" in raised lettering on the base (but not always). Mostly machine made using molds, the quality can often be quite crude, with obvious air bubbles, seams and flaws. VERY COLLECTIBLE VINTAGE SET. Sold AS-IS.
