Vintage souvenir from Fort Jackson, South Carolina. <br><br>It is a pillowcase with roses and American eagle printed on it and “Mother” at the top. <br><br>There is a message that reads: To on who bears the sweetest name and adds a luster to the same. Who shares my joys – who cheers when sad. The greatest friend I ever had. Long life to her – for there’s no other, Could take the place of my dear Mother. <br><br>The pillowcase measures 16 ½” x 17” plus the red fringe all the way around it. It is open at the bottom so you can slip a pillow inside. <br><br>It is tagged: Made in USA, 100% acetate.<br><br>The pillowcase is in very good condition (showing some light vintage age) and ready to use, give as a nice gift or add to a collection.
