Vintage brooch with a hand-carved cameo in an 18kt gold bezel. Hallmarked 750 on back, the European gold standard equivalent to 18k. The cameo itself is signed on the back by the carver. The pin is dull and the clasp is missing its safety level, which the price reflects. However, the brooch is still functional and can double as a pendant. See photos for measurements. Untested, as-is.
