This set includes a signed, 24 inch, high quality simulated pearl necklace, a five layer, faux pearl cuff bracelet and a size 6, slightly adjustable, gold tone steel ball and faux pearl ring. These three pieces are from two different estate clean outs. Both the ring and the cuff bracelet are unmarked and not signed. The necklace is signed Marvella on the clasp which dates it to the mid 1950s. In 1948, the company Marvella jewelry used the tagline “the loveliest pearls made by man” in their ads. It is also interesting to note in these ads that Marvella jewelry was quite expensive when it was new. The necklace is in very good vintage condition as are the ring and the cuff bracelet.
