Absolutely stunning, rare (circa 1950s) West German vintage earrings. Featuring gold foil-backed, ocean blue aquamarine opal rhinestones in a fancy teardrop shape. Excellent condition foil backs. Some minor signs of aging and verdigris along edges, but the stones themselves are in very good condition.<br>These earrings have an incredible inner glow and fire, unlike any other stone of this type. The color leans towards aquamarine, a beautiful opaque ocean blue.<br>14K gold-plated earwires and raw brass settings (lead/nickel-free, US-made).<br><br>A true vintage treasure!
