Rare Variegated Philodendron Florida Beauty x Mayoi Rooted Top-cut. Photos taken 5/7/24. Rooted 1-leaf top-cut from mother plant (shown in last pic). Leaf has a few small scratches (3rd pic.) but is nicely variegated. Rooted enough to go into LECA or chunky soil mix & has both the growth tip & axillary bud (10th pic.).
