Rare, discontinued Yoko Ono illy espresso cup and saucer from the 'Mended Cups' collection. Includes original box. The cup, saucer, and accompanying papers are in excellent condition. The box has a tear in one corner and some staining. Cup is numbered 5528. Part of a collection released in 2015, a collaboration between Yoko Ono and illy inspired by Ono's 1966 'Mend Pieces' installation. This is the 7th 'unbroken' cup from the set of 7, featuring the inscription: 'This cup will never be broken as it will be under your protection.'Great for collectors of rare coffee cups, Yoko Ono memorabilia, and illy art collections.
