True VTG!No size tag- I would expect a Medium, but please compare measurements to your pants/skirts that fit you well.Also, no fabric tag. Maybe cotton?In excellent condition. I've photographed two places with loose threads from the inside hemline. I would trim them off as they are still stitched well with no holes, rips, stains, etc.From a smoke-free home!
