LEGO Black Pearl (4184) set. The set has approximately 99% of the parts, all official and original, including the sails. Missing only two parts: the gray plume piece the mermaid holds on the front, and one cannon holder piece. No minifigs, box, or instructions included. Some accessories are included. The set has been partly disassembled and placed into a ziploc bag. Dusty from being on display but overall in great condition. Will be dusted before shipping. Be aware that old LEGO parts, especially brown parts and clips, may be fragile as this set is over 10 years old. Feel free to ask any questions. Great for Google & Mercari search!
