Card has a 1/2" rip on the back, bending, rough edges, and curling at bottom corners. The blister pack is sealed but shows some scuff marks. Comes with a clear protective cover which has yellowed over the years. Bought from a Doll Shop in 1996 and stored away since. Very good new condition (see description for card condition).
