Antique German brides basket. Made of an unknown metal. Hallmarks on side of base include B.M and 0X Germany, with some unidentified symbols in between. Quite a large piece, at about 7.5 inches tall (not including the handle), and 10.5 by 8.5 at the rim. Shows some overall wear to the metal surface, has an engraved monogram on one side, and the base is a bit warped so it does not sit flat. This basket does not have a bottom (just an empty space).
