Wonderful George Colville watercolor painting titled "Temple Bar", circa 1875. Measures 11 x 14 inches (28 x 36 cm). The edge has a couple of small nicks that would be behind the frame. The painting will be shipped without the frame and glass to prevent breakage. There is some foxing in the sky and writing on the back that is unreadable. A small crack in the backing board and a slight slit in the paper by the window (visible in photos). This painting has a lot of character. I believe this is an older painting by this artist, but I am not an expert. Email with any questions.
