This set of 23 includes the following: Kensington Palace, William the III Statue, Flag of Great Brittan, Gate, Camden Park Cobblestone Road, 4 Sisal Hedges, 4 Sisal Shrubs, Electic Cord with 2 Light Bulbs, 6 Wreaths (2 large, 4 small), and 2 pieces of garland. Since it has been in the box since 1998, the plastic/rubber road has been rolled up for many years. We cannot gaurentee you will be able to get the road to lay out flat (suggest researching how to encourage it to lay flat).
