I DON'T HAVE A CUP TO TEST IF IT THREADS-IN. POSSIBLY MIGHT NEED TO DRILL WITH A BIGGER Drill Bit TO COUNTERSINK JUST THE TOP.The o-ring and needle packing was replaced recently and were checked. It's cleaned and lubed.
