Department 56 Halloween Village Monsters Of The Deep Limited Edition #799936 (#08916 of 13,000 made).Building is in very good condition. The lights of the main center tank work as they should; alternates between red, green, and blue colors. The smaller tank on the right side rotates and lights as it should.There is a very small chip on the base at the right side of the building. There are also 2 small chips on the base at the left side of the building. Please see photos for details.Original adapter is included.Sleeve is in POOR condition; a couple of tears, warped areas, crumpling/creases at corners and edges. Sold AS-IS due to sleeve condition.
