Citizen Eco-Drive Garrison Men’s Watch. Blue watch face and brown leather strap. Elegant and versatile. Sold as-is. Leather band is well-worn. Watch ticks but will need to be readjusted/repaired as the seconds dial (lower circular dial) ticks slowly. The long third central hand is a timer, not an active second dial.
