They have only been opened for this picture &amp; don't come factory sealed, but all the accessories are sealed. My dad redeemed them from a rewards program at his work for 50 years of service. I'm selling them for him since he says he's afraid to use a $1,400+ retail set of binoculars. I don't see any flaws anywhere besides the little imprint on top of the outside of the box. See pictures.
