Beautiful antique sterling silver vanity hairbrush. Stamped sterling but could not locate a makers hallmark. It is a scroll like pattern with initials engraved in the middle. Initials are M W C in fancy script. These vanity items were given as gifts and have been treasured by many for years. I am not sure what the bristles are made of look like horse hair but I do not know for certain. Stamped Sterling but couldn’t locate hallmark. There are some dents on the silver portion and normal tarnish, some loosening from age. The bristles are all in good condition and all appear to be there. I have not attempted to clean it. This is a beautiful collectible vanity brush. Measures approximately 6.5” long by 1.5” wide and 2” tall. Local estate liquidation, happy to answer your questions.
