This beautiful Mid-Victorian "Grand Period" piece features power blue and Cerulean blue Czech glass flowers set onto a raised front panel hinge bracelet with a delicate open work filagree band. Push button slider clasp with safety chain. 7 1/2" around inner circumference. In very good antique condition. Some wear to metal on inner band surface.
